Choose the surface before the graphic
The exact item matters. Texture, coatings, curves and surface cleanliness can affect adhesion and appearance. Send the product specification or a sample before committing to a large quantity. A design that fits a flat panel may need a different size or placement on a tapered bottle.
Prepare transfers before the event
Approve artwork, dimensions and placement in advance so the required transfer designs can be produced. At the station, the crew prepares the compatible surface, aligns the transfer and applies it. A concise menu of graphics helps guests make a choice while the crew maintains consistent placement.
Avoid mixing up UV DTF and apparel DTF
Apparel DTF uses heat application to compatible textiles. UV DTF is a different transfer process for suitable hard surfaces. They should not be treated as interchangeable services. If your event includes both shirts and bottles, plan the inventory, work areas and application processes separately.
Set clear care expectations
Care instructions depend on the item, coating and decoration system. Do not assume every decorated product is dishwasher safe, abrasion proof or suitable for every use. Confirm the appropriate care guidance for the approved combination and make it available when guests collect their finished item. Decoration placement should also respect the intended use of the product.
